    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, please, allow me to say that with regard to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, hon. George Nyamweya will know that the Leader of Government Business in the company of one of the whips, hon. Midiwo, actually had a sitting with the committee and tried to implore them that there was need to make progress. In fact, our instructions were, let the committee reconcile as expeditiously as possible, so that we do not continue to overburden the CIOC. We thought we would actually make progress, only thereafter to be told that there were utter disagreements, necessitating the discussion that eventually took place at the level of the House Business Committee, suggesting reconstitution of this committee."
