    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 1 be amended by— (a) deleting the expression “National Drug Control Authority Act, 2011” and substituting therefor the expression “National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse Act, 2012”; (b) deleting the word “Minister” and substituting therefor the words “Cabinet Secretary”; (c) inserting the words “which date shall not exceed ninety days from the date of publication” immediately after the word “appoint”."
