    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you heard the Assistant Minister say that there were 17 posts. Out of them, only two women were taken. They were appointed in 2011, long after the promulgation of the Constitution where the one-third gender requirement is included. I, therefore, want to ask him why they failed to comply with the gender requirement and in particular whether in Sachangwan Division in Molo, there was an applicant by the name of Mary Nyangweso Turungi, Josephine Nduta Wanyoike and Jacinta Waithera who all had ‘O’level education which was the qualification. I would like to know why those three were not taken and yet, they were interviewed?"
