    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I sought an answer from the Assistant Minister and not from the back bench where I sit. If the Government finds that my honourable colleague is able to answer better than the Assistant Minister, they may appoint him to answer the Question. Is it in order for a fellow colleague to purport to answer my Question in the guise of informing the Assistant Minister? This is for interrogating the Government and not back benchers."
