    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we actually even referred this matter to the Provincial Administration because it is the one which actually initiated that settlement scheme. We did that as late as three weeks ago but nothing has actually taken place to ensure that, at least, the Forest Department relaxes its stand to de-gazette the forest, so that those people can be allocated. So, my hands are tied until the land will be given to me. That is when I will now enter the land and set up a settlement scheme."
