    "content": "As I move on, I want to, again, to commend the President for remembering that even as we keep on talking about the coming elections, we have victims of post-election violence in the camps. It is a shame! We, as a country, really cannot call ourselves serious people if, five years down the line, we still have people in camps. What really can we, as a Government, tell Kenyans? We are moving into another election and yet, we have people in camps. Are we telling them that we have been unable in the last five years to resettle them? We must move with speed and make sure that before the next elections, those people are settled somewhere. We want to go and celebrate their new homes wherever that new homes will be."
