    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to commend the work of our military, as did the President, particularly those in Somalia. They are doing a good work for us. We are thinking and praying for them together with their families. Some of them have had to lose their lives in the line of duty. We urge them to continue in the same vein. We also need more presence of Kenya in Sudan and Southern Sudan. We do not want again to have to move into those countries as we have had to do in Somalia. So, before it escalates to the level where we have to do interventions, we can intervene at this time, so that both countries can go back to the drawing board and make sure that they come to a peaceful agreement."
