    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would like to end by looking at the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) saga. Since we will be discussing it in depth, I only want to say that we should not lose sight of the great value of this scheme. If we reach a point where each and every Kenyan is covered medically, we will have done what most countries have been unable to do. Let us not make small challenges and teething problems be the focus that can destroy something that is going to be a major step for this country."
