    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was talking about the economic wellbeing of this country. I said that we have actually been able to go over the hump from an extremely difficult situation economically in this country. To that extent, I felt that the challenge which was actually put to this House is that we must ensure that the tempo of economic growth continues. This is because it is through this one that we are actually going to address the very major challenges that are facing this country. Primarily, one of the major challenges facing us, no doubt, is unemployment. It is the creation of employment opportunities especially for our young people. While we talk of that, we do take into account the fact that the youth of this country actually comprise slightly over 60 per cent of the population of this country. The most important think that we have to do, is to ensure that job opportunities are created. To that extent, we need to go one step ahead beyond the Kazi Kwa Vijana (KKV) Programme."
