It is important that the Government comes up with a mechanism to conduct civic and voter education and more specifically given that there are areas particularly in northern Kenya where people do not have the opportunity to get information either through the print and electronic media. I think it is important that the Government comes up with ways to actually educate people on the new Constitution."
