    "content": "Something else that also worries me in infrastructure and particularly in road construction is something called drainage. We do not seem to understand that however good a road that you build is, if you do not provide the drainage, the water that stays on the road quickly erodes it and you will use more money to construct another road. Further on, I want to thank the President for committing himself to peaceful elections. But for us to have peaceful elections, we must lay the framework for the peaceful elections. Our people must be given enough and proper civic education to understand that we are one people, one nation and we can only build this country if we are united."
