    "content": "The President mentioned about electricity and the Government has done well. We know that funds are not enough to connect electricity in all the counties, but the move that the Government has taken is proper. So, I urge the Government to speed up, so that all the primary and secondary schools and dispensaries can be connected to electricity. To touch on roads, the Government has also done well, but in some areas, we still have a problem. In some urban centres like Eldoret and Kapsabet, we still have a problem. Most of the town roads are in a pathetic situation. The Government needs to do something so that as we develop our country; we develop in a uniform way. In terms of water, we are doing well in providing clean drinking water to the people. The Government has done well in this, although it has not covered all the areas."
