    "content": "On issues of development, I agree that quite a number of things have been done in this country in terms of infrastructure, but a lot remains to be done. Coming from the North Eastern Province, our people are still disappointed that 50 years down the line there is no tarmac in that part of the country. I urge the Government to stand by its pledge that this financial year, at least, we will have the first 160 kilometres of tarmac. We are told the road between Garissa and Modogashe will be tarmacked."
