    "content": "Water is a very serious issue in this country. As you will see, today there is no water in many parts of this city. This is because investment in water infrastructure has not been commensurate with the development of this city. We have been told about a dam in Sasumua which had a fault, but Sasumua and Ndakaini dams were done many years and there has been no investment in water infrastructure in Nairobi. I urge the relevant Ministries to make sure there is water in this city. Mombasa is also no exception because water is supplied from Mzima Springs and Sabaki, whose infrastructure was put in place in the 80s and the 50s and the populations are suffering there."
