There are certain issues that needed to be addressed before moving and you have approached the Chair on them. It is important that before we move forward, you address those issues before the Chair is in a position to make up its mind on whether it can propose this Question and, in particular, with regard to Article 230(4) of the Constitution on the Salaries and Remuneration Commission and with regard to the Communication that you have received from the Right hon. Prime Minister and also from this Commission that I have just referred to, so that the House will be able to move with speed and with the convenience of conducting the Business of the House in accordance with the Constitution."
