The substantive Minister undertook to the House that he was not satisfied with the answer that his Ministry provided and he sought leave of the House to go and get more information. I am presuming that the information he went to get is the information that the Assistant Minister has just laid on the Table. He just walked in and dropped it in. That is what he is holding."
