    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank this Assistant Minister for the goodwill that he has shown from the outset. Members of Parliament come here - and that is what I want the Assistant Minister to know - because they have exhausted the other channels and we have realized we are not moving far. These farmers have been to the AFC and the AFC is threatening to auction and attach their property. Could the Assistant Minister give an undertaking that as I take the names to him to assist, the AFC will not take any punitive measures against those farmers because of the calamities they have faced?"
