The Minister actually was invited and he has gone to the funeral. I beg the indulgence of the Chair to allow this important Question to be answered next week on Tuesday. Mr. Mututho is also rushing to the funeral. I know he wants more time to ask pertinent questions on this particular Question. I literally beg the Chair to allow for the Question to appear on the Order Paper next Tuesday."
