    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, one, we have very experienced and well educated veterinary officers all over the country. But in as far as meat inspection and quality assurance is concerned, we have experts whose duty is to examine and ensure that the quality is not compromised. We have also a well defined procedure on how to vet and license dealers in the whole process to ensure that the meat that is consumed by Kenyans and the meat that goes outside the country for export is of high quality. I had some of the certificates of some of the veterinary officers and the doctors I am talking about but I will give them to the hon. Member immediately after this so that he can be sure that the Ministry of Livestock Development is up to the task."
