    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. There is a tendency by Ministers to write letters to your office everytime they have Questions to answer stating that they have some Executive business, which is more serious than Parliamentary business. They have been very lucky because they have been getting away with the Chair. I wish to ask you to rule that, that should never be accepted - in any case, every Ministry has not less than three Ministers – so that the business of Parliament is not second to that of the Executive."
