    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Government is not being fair. Is the Assistant Minister in order to punish an innocent hardworking retired teacher? The lady was expecting her pension dues but because of corrupt individuals who are working under the same Government, the Assistant Minister is telling us that she can only be paid after investigations are complete. We know that the Government has never finished investigating the Anglo Leasing Scandal, the Kazi Kwa Vijana (KKV) Programme scam and the Triton oil scandal. The Government has never finished investigating anything. So, is he in order? He should pay the lady and then deal with his criminals within his Government."
