If the police have carried out investigations and charged those against whom they have evidence, and this pensioner is not one of them; the only conclusion is that she is innocent. If she was not innocent, she would have been charged with the others. Under these circumstances, is it in order for the Assistant Minister to insist that this pensioner must wait for the case to end before she can be paid?"
