    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as the contractor finishes his contractual obligations, there is a period within which we observe that road - the period is usually six months - before we accept that the work is complete. The contractor is still on site and he is still obligated to correct any other default that the road may entail him to do. But I have noticed and I accept the hon. Member’s concern. I will look into it."
