Is the Minister satisfied that the Youth Enterprise Fund has a similar impact especially in Funyula, Ikolomani and the other constituencies? Finally, on the allegations of embezzlement of the funds at some of the intermediary institutions that he is using with KUSCO as an example, could he confirm that he is on top of things? What is he doing to ensure that the corruption that is currently going on in this on- lending institution comes to an end?"
