    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 36 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (4) by inserting the word “non-renewable” after the words “hold office for a”; and (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause after sub-clause (5)- “(6) A person shall not qualify for appointment under this section unless the person has met the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution”. The reason for this is to introduce the requirement in sub-clause 6 for a chairperson or a member of the tribunal to be a person who satisfies the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution."
