    "content": "Hon. Members, what this in essence means is that you repeat the process all over again. Provisions of sub-sections (1) to (6) provide for that. You shall start where it starts and end where it ends. So, you can see the law. I have noticed that I would have, under normal circumstances, allowed more time to give a Communication but because of the urgency of the matters we have before us and the need for us to transact a lot of business, it is important that we dispose of this business, more so, when issues are just straightforward. So, I want to rule that, indeed, the Committee exceeded its mandate."
