    "content": "We know that all these reforms are necessary and as we move forward, we will be asking for the support of this House. We will be asking that we have these amendments effected, so that we have the judges increased both in the High Court and in the Court of Appeal. When you look at the Act, in line with the new Constitution, we are doing away with the old archaic provisions that we inherited from the colonial times where we have puisne judges. We will be asking that we amend our Act to ensure that we do away with the description of judges, so that we are in accord with the new provisions of our Constitution. So, those are some of the proposals we have put in place. It is a very short Bill. We have set out the clear objectives that we seek to achieve through these amendments."
