    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I fully support this Bill and hope that the new Chief Justice who was brought in on the platform of reforms will see to it that there are fundamental reforms in the Judiciary. Kenyans expect to see these reforms. The dispensation of justice in this country must be faster. We have seen cases dragging on for decades in this country, particularly the murder cases. Sometimes the suspects stay in remand for many years before their cases are determined. Some stay for more than 20 or 30 years without their cases being heard. It is important that with the reformed Judiciary, those cases will be heard and those convicted jailed or hanged."
