This Bill has been moved here at the right time, so that we can carry out our mandate and also, for the Judiciary to be able to carry out its mandate. It was not good enough for us to have given the Chief Justice the powers to be able to reform the Judiciary, yet we had not given him the mandate to be able to get enough judges."
