    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a very serious Question because it touches on the lives of people. The Assistant Minister is taking it casually. There is no way the Assistant Minister can do justice to this Question if he cannot table a report of compliance issued by NEMA, if they, indeed, visited the tannery. Would I, therefore, be in order to ask you to defer this Question until the Assistant Minister tables that report, so that we can interrogate him further? What he has told us falls short of a serious answer to this House."
