The issue of coffee beans being smuggled out of this country is a matter that touches on the core of the economy of this country. That is precisely what it is. Hon. Members, the other bit is a matter that concerns the dignity with which Members of Parliament have to conduct themselves. In the absence of that, there has to be a very good reason. That now has got to be with the Member of Parliament. So, that matter is settled."
