However, having noted that this is a matter that is weighty in terms of constitutionality, could I, therefore, ask the Chair to specifically rule--- This House set up a Committee called the Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC). The task of that Committee is to ensure the constitutionality in the implementation process of the Constitution. Therefore, would it be in order for me to ask the Chair to specifically ask this Committee to investigate this matter and do a report to this House within a time line, so that the matter is properly dealt with by this House? I think this is a matter that we cannot just let go, as a House, without proper debate and consideration."
