    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you remember I drew the attention of the Chair to Article 3 of the Constitution, which requires everyone to respect the Constitution. Sub-Article (2) of the same says that any attempt to establish a Government other than in a manner that is described in the Constitution is unlawful and unconstitutional. The attempt that has been made is an attempt of creating Government organs, which is unconstitutional. For that reason, I want to invite you to find this matter worthy of being referred to the CIOC."
