    "content": "Hon. Members, you all realise that today was clearly not a very good day for the Government side. Members of the Government have gone to Ndhia, in solidarity with a fellow Member of the Government; the Minister for Finance, who was burying his son today. I received communication from the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs that he will not be able to move either of the two Bills listed on the Order Paper of today. Consequently, the Chair directs that Order Nos.8 and 9 be deferred to another day."
