Therefore, now that Interpol was not used in that predicament, it is unconstitutional and illegal to continue holding Kenyans in Ugandan jails. Our people have been harassed in Migingo Island, where they are settled lawfully. The Island is on the Kenyan side and, up to now, we have not been told what is really happening."
