Prime Minister during his visit in Wajir to commemorate the Wagalla Massacre that the Government would drill two boreholes in Wajir South Constituency and allocate Kshs.300 million for the construction of an irrigation project in Habaswein during 2011/2012 Financial Year; (b) when the Ministry will drill the two proposed and surveyed boreholes in Getwab and Andaki Locations; and (c) when the Ministry will also start construction of the irrigation project in Habaswein."
