    "content": "asked the Minister for Medical Services:- (a) whether he is aware that health insurance companies only provide cover to parents, but exclude their children with congenital disorders, (b) whether he is also aware that more than a third of children with congenital disorders require constant medical care which most parents cannot afford; and, (c) what measures the Government has put in place to compel insurance companies to cover children with special needs and whether he could consider revoking the licences of insurance companies that do not cover children with special needs."
