    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, services are definitely available in Government hospitals for the diseases that they can handle, but where a child with congenital disorder requires specialized treatment and is not available in our health facilities, then the only place you can resort to is private health care. If such mothers are insured by NHIF their health costs will be met by NHIF without any discrimination. I know that the poor are not currently covered by NHIF.
