    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is gratifying to note that water Services for Nyahera, Mukendwa, Kanyakwar and Kisumu Rural will be handed over to KIWASCO. KIWASCO has proved that it is worth and it can do the job. So far there is sufficient water in Kisumu Town but KIWASCO is not able to pump water up the hills of Kiboswa, Nyahera and other places. What has the Ministry done to ensure that when this contract with KIWASCO is signed they will be enabled to provide water up to the hill?"
