    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has said that they do not have funds to construct houses that have been brought down by floods and what they could be having in store is relief food for the flood victims. My people in Nyakach have always moved to safer grounds every year since Independence while this is a problem that can be managed by the Government. What is the general policy of the Government to make sure that it sorts out this problem once and for all so that these people do to not move out and then depend on relief food every now and then?"
