(a) Is the Minister aware that due to the non-completion of Kiria-ini Market in Mathioya Constituency funded under the Economic Stimulus Programme, goods worth millions of shillings are being damaged by heavy rains since traders are selling them in the open air market? (b) When will the market be completed and commissioned for use? (c) What are the future expansion plans for the market in view of the fact that the market serves traders from the neighbouring constituencies?"
