    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have distributed these cuttings, but some of the farmers are still sticking to the old variety of cassava which is not resistant to this disease. I am appealing to the farmers in Western Province to take the cuttings of the new varieties of cassava and plant them and uproot the cassava that they have been planting all the other years. This variety is being affected by the disease."
