The stakeholders are the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, the university itself, the Office of the Vice-President and Ministry of Home Affairs and, of course, the community through us, their leaders. The leaders and the community are supporting this course, so is the university and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, the way the Assistant Minister has just told us. The only Ministry which is missing is the Office of the Vice-President and Ministry of Home Affairs. Could the Assistant Minister tell us when these consultations will be concluded so that they pave way for the commencement of this highly awaited programme?"
