    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the only advice we will give is to ask for more budgetary allocation to support this and it will come from the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and not the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. That is how the hon. Member should be approaching this issue. I hope that will happen. I think the important bit for us, as the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, is to get the facility for the university but it is up to the parent Ministries to also support them so that they can have good teaching and referral hospitals."
