"content": " The hon. Attorney-General, we do appreciate that answer. My problem, as the Chair, is basically on what hon. Kabogo has raised. Does it mean that every time hon. Members ask questions pertaining to officers who cannot come to this House to answer, the Ministers who represent those officers here have to ask for more time to go and find out the same information or should there be anticipation on the part of those responsible Ministers, that certain questions relating to particular matters would inevitably come up? Those Ministers should seek as much information as possible so that we minimise the deferrals."
