If you look at part “c” of the Question, you will appreciate that among the information sought is the names of the suspects who were to be extradited to face charges in Kenya. Therefore, I will rule in the manner that hon. Martha Karua requested. You will take more supplementary questions on this matter and come back on Tuesday with a more comprehensive answer. I hope that, being the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kenya and a professor of law, you would be in a position to discuss with the Director of Public Prosecutions even things that may not be that visible at this particular moment.
