"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the first time I wish to thank the Minister for being active. It shows that he is no longer sleeping. He is now very active. I wish to thank him for coming up with this Statement. I wish to know from the Minister what plans he has, so that the KNH and other public hospitals are well equipped with the necessary equipment and blood banks. Today, I heard an appeal on the radio by the KNH for people to go and donate blood. What plans do you have, so that we do not get all these things through the radio or the media?"
