    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want the Minister to go beyond the issue of Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) because these incidents have happened in other areas such as Mombasa and Garissa. There is a possibility they could happen elsewhere. The issue the Minister should be addressing is to give a comprehensive state of preparedness in the entire country in terms of provincial hospitals in Garissa, Lodwar, Eldoret, Kisumu and the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), so that if an incident happens anywhere in the country, we are prepared at any one point."
