But that is why we have a Parliament. First, if you look at (a), it is talking of the entire document called the Constitution. So, any breach of that part makes you equally liable. But (b) is more specific because we are talking about Chapter 6 which is the integrity test. So, every person holding a State office must subscribe to that chapter."
