Particularly, I believe that this misunderstanding has been generated in the media for a lack of appreciation of the amendments that had and are sought to be made. This Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill does not deal in any way with the remuneration of hon. Members of Parliament. It does not!"
